At Brightside Electric Inc., we strive to provide high-quality electrical services that meet or exceed our customers’ expectations. If you are not satisfied with our work, please review the following refund policy.
1. Service Guarantee

We guarantee our workmanship for 12 months from the date of service.

If an issue arises due to our workmanship within this period, we will return to correct the problem at no additional cost.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

The work performed was not completed as agreed in the written service agreement.

Materials were not delivered or installed as specified.

A service was paid for in advance but not carried out.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:

Work completed to industry standards that meets the agreed specifications.

Issues caused by customer-supplied materials or equipment.

Electrical faults caused by unrelated work, third-party interference, or external factors (e.g., power surges, storm damage).

Permit or inspection fees already paid to government authorities.
4. Process for Requesting a Refund
To request a refund:

Provide your invoice number, a detailed description of the issue, and supporting evidence (e.g., photos).

We will review your request within 3-5 business days and notify you of the outcome.
5. Resolution Options
If a refund is approved, we may:

Offer a partial or full refund.

Provide a credit toward future services.

Arrange a re-performance of the service at no cost.
6. Legal Rights
